Okay, the picture on the right is a parody but, not unlike many of the anti-black attacks presented on the Fox News Channel.
I had a post a little while back in which the new activist organization, ColorOfChange.org, was asking the Congressional Black Caucus Institute to reconsider partnering with Fox in its presidential debates.
Well, sadly, the CBC is not listening to these concerns and will go forward with its partnership with Fox. The CBC is trying to paint this issue as being only concern with Fox’s bias against Democrats and says that the size of Fox’s audience is “more important than disputes over ideology.”
However, this is not about Fox’s issues with the Dems. This is about a clear pattern of disrespect of black folks by this news channel and how it is only legitimized by partnering with this channel.
So, I think that this is one debate that I’ll skip.
